Shipping & returns
How merch gets to you, and what to do if something is wrong.

The store is not open yet.
No payment provider is connected, so no order can be placed and nothing below has been applied to a real order yet. These are the terms that will apply from the first drop; final carrier rates and fulfilment times are confirmed once a fulfilment partner is in place.
Shipping
- Flat-rate US shipping of $7.95, free on orders over $100.
- Rates shown in the cart are estimates. The exact rate and any tax are calculated at payment.
- Limited drops are made to order, so the first dispatch after a drop closes takes longer than a restock. Dispatch windows are stated on each product before you buy.
Tracking
A confirmation email goes out as soon as an order is placed, and a tracking link follows when it ships. You can also look an order up on the order tracking page.
Returns and exchanges
- Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges depend on stock. Limited runs are not restocked, so an exchange may come back as a refund.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived faulty or the wrong item was sent — in which case it is covered.
Something wrong with your order
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Get in touch on 313-457-7130 with your order reference and a photo, and it gets sorted.
