Privacy

This site collects information only when you type it into a form. It does not run advertising trackers, it does not build a profile of you across other websites, and it does not sell anything you give it.

• —Booking enquiries. Your name, organisation, email, phone, event details and anything you write in the message, plus the name of any file you attach.
• —List signups. First name, email, optionally a mobile number and your city and state, together with a record of which consents you gave and when.
• —City requests and usage requests. The city and email, or the organisation and description you supply.
• —Technical data. Standard web server logs, and your IP address held briefly in memory for rate limiting so the forms cannot be flooded.

The shop keeps your cart in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by this site.

Email and text updates are separate permissions and are recorded separately. Ticking one never signs you up to the other. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can stop texts by replying STOP. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.

Submissions go to Jack Funny's team. They are not sold, rented or traded. Where a delivery service is used to move a message from this site to that team, it processes the message only for that purpose.

Videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you choose to play something — the page shows a still image until then, and the player runs on youtube-nocookie.com. Once you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that playback.

You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 313-457-7130 and the team will handle it.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
